Chris Silverwood
An Accountancy & Financial Management Graduate, of Loughborough University. Chris began his career as an Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in the audit department. After spending four years at Cooper’s, Chris moved to work with Five Arrows Commercial Finance, the Asset Based Lending arm of NM Rothschild. At Five Arrows, Chris arranged the funding for many invoice discounting clients and helped finance management buyouts and transactional activity in sectors as diverse as food manufacturing, recruitment, printing, timber and cosmetics.
Chris is now a Director of Ethos Corporate Finance Ltd, a full-service Corporate Finance Boutique based in Leeds. Ethos provides advisory services for management buyouts, corporate acquisition searches, financial due diligence and business planning. As well as fund raising for management buyouts, equity & development capital and a complete range of asset finance products. Chris is the founder of InvoiceDiscounting.com.

Barry Mills
A Management Sciences Graduate and qualified accountant, Barry Mills is a serial entrepreneur and internet pioneer.
Barry had a varied industrial career covering Pilkington PLC, Victalic PLC, and Lindaper International, before founding one of the Uk's very first specialist digital marketing agencies back in 1995.
He has since helped hundreds of clients grow their businesses, through online marketing and strategy consulting. A veteren of several fund raising rounds, incorporating debt and equity funding for his own businesses and those of clients, Barry brings client-side realism to the team, and does his best to stop anyone else acting too much like a banker.
